These days, everybody likes to stick their hand in everything. YouTubers going mainstream, DJs going in live broadcast, online personality going into F&B. This place was partly started by
Reuben Kang who's supposed to be a somebody (in the local industry). They decided to put that reputation to use by pulling a nice marketing gimmick of offering people to a buy1free1 on the condition that you're there with your date.
Skinny dip RM 20: a sizzling pan of shasuka (dice tomato, onions & red capsicum) studded with chicken sausage, crowded wtih sunny eggs served with buttered toast.
I have to say that this one turned out quite nice except that it was a little overcooked that the egg wasn't runny enough. It made the dish drier than it should have been.
The toast is a letdown as it's just normal bread from probably Gardenia with a very unenthusiastic spread of butter. If you're gonna serve them like this, better not. After all, there wasn't enough of gravy anyway because you over cooked the shashuka.
White RM 15: penee sauteed with beef bacon strips and diced onions in a rich cream sauce finihsed with a splash of grated parmesan.
This turned out to be rather creamy though the portion is on the small side. Best to have it while the sauce is still smoking hot.
