Serving up Thai street food on this newly established foodie street, you can go to Sanuki for Japanese ramen or Lao Jiu Lo for Chinese noodles if you don't fancy Thai. Otherwise, be ready to set your mouth on fire.

Just kidding, they do have non-spicy food here as well.

Kuey Teow tomyam namsai: clear soup tomyam noodle
A deceptively spicy broth with minced pork and meatballs, the portion is good enough to make you sweat without trying to murder you with too much of chili. The raw bean sprouts provide some respite until the next bite. You can tweak it with the sugar and chili powder on hand too.

Moo Manao: sliced pork with spicy lemon dressing
Kinda like a salad except there's more meat than vegetable. Isn't that the best kind of salad? Ever. This turned out to be even spicier than the soup. Too bad that the pork weren't sliced thin enough with some fatty bits. That'll make this a truly sinful punishing snack.

Moo ping: grilled pork in BBQ style
Gai BBQ: grilled chicken in BBQ style
The pork's on the left, chicken's on the right. Both made to order, they had that BBQ taste. Pork was slightly sweet with some lemongrass taste. Chicken was a bit dry and not as strong of  a marinade.

Tod Man pla: Thai fish cakes
Not the Chinese mass manufactured fish cakes as these were not as bouncy. Has a hint of spice and best enjoyed with the sweet Thai chili sauce.

Red ruby. Love the coconut milk. Then the red ruby. Perfect ending to a fiery dinner.
