 Pappa Rich caters for rich folks who want to get their kopitiam coffee fix at night without stepping into some dingy kopitiam. The price to pay is high but at least it comes air conditioned.

We wouldn't usually entertain the idea of a meal here but circumstances led to this. Steamed fish paste (otak-otak) with lightly toasted bread. I do love brain2 but in this specific combo? 😕
