A German cafe in a want-to-die-but-cannot-die mall, Am Sande offers good food at affordable prices. I don't know if it's authentic but they do offer some German dishes.

Ordered the set dinner since it's about RM 25 for a soup, drink and main. This is the mushroom soup which I wouldn't say entirely homemade but definitely tastes better than when I make it straight out of the can.

Roast chicken with mashed potato and coleslaw. The chicken was a little dry , hence the brown sauce. The flavor is lighter than what you'd get from Kenny Rogers so feels a wee bit healthier.

Nudel auflauf or baked pasta with cheese and chicken.
Look at the glorious carbs. They serve this right out of the oven and that's the best time to tuck in. Yea, burn your tongue a lil but it'll be worth it. Certainly a refreshing change from the usual tomato/white sauce pasta.
