Instead of opening in some obscure location, Thai Hou Sek decided to go all out and open in malls e.g. 1Utama and Midvalley. I guess that translates to their prices too.

 Asam boi lemongrass drink RM 9.45

 Pork rice RM 17.90
Rice was warm and fragrant, if only they cook it a wee bit longer so that it's not so sticky. Also, for the price they charged, more meat would be appreciated. But all in all, a rather satisfying plate.

 Tom yum seafood.
This was during their promo of RM 10. The soup was rather spicy with a hint of sourness. Great with the rice.
