A little out of luck on a rainy Friday evening, we took refuge in this mall without much of a plan, thanks to the rain and subsequent traffic jam. The mall was still undergoing major refurbishing with lots of the lower ground floor closed off. Too lazy to find the best option, we headed here since they were still serving.

Or so I thought.

Their breakfast set was quite hearty, using proper sausages and not those Ayamas type. The scrambled egg was done nicely, not too set or runny. Good breakfast for dinner.

This wasn't my first choice, far from it. All that I wanted, all they ran out. Turned out that they didn't have anymore chicken. Almost blasphemous for a man meat eater to hear. I resigned to my fate and ordered this, not realizing that it was a fully vegetarian dish. To compensate for the potentially boring outcome, they spiced things up with lots of (freshly cracked) black pepper  and onion. Not even some chicken ham. Sigh. It was great at first, being all warm and creamy. After awhile, I just need some meat. Not necessarily bacon, any meat at all would do.
