How would you feel if people loiter outside the compound of your house every day of the year and possibly round the clock? Well, it'll be quite problematic. Imagine the traffic trying to exit and enter your house. Or the noise from the crowd.
Of course, those wouldn't be a problem if you stay in Buckingham
Palace.
You would probably have enough escort to push these people away. You are probably safely tucked away in some corner, away from the din.
Maybe occasionally you'll come to this part of your house and look out the window to pity us pheasants standing outside.
OK, I don't know for sure if the queen does that. She probably doesn't.

Park is a very big and open park with lots of tall shady trees. Perfect spot for picnic.
