This neighborhood is a far cry from the crazy no-parking crap weekday during the weekends. Not sure if it has anything to do with the weekend or the on-going parking complex construction going on beside Asia Cafe. Either way, it was great that we didn't have to look hard for parking like we had to.  A craving for some cafe ambience landed us here.

Free black coffee that comes with every order of sandwich or waffle. You can turn your americano into a milk coffee by adding RM 3. Or simply bring your own milk for a fraction of that price. It was bearable, didn't have the bitterness that my office free coffee does.

  Classic club sandwich RM 19.90

I love that their bread is warm and you can taste the simple flavors of the ingredients that make up the sandwich.

Baked egg with homemade chicken patty and toasts RM 22
The one thing that blew me away were the toasts. Each were toasty and warm, fresh out of the toaster (me thinks). Love the butter that melted right away when you dip it into the egg.
Now, the egg itself had a little too much of tomato for my liking. I think it would have been better with more milk or cream but that would probably make it not so healthy anymore. Also, the chicken are not your chicken bites but meat patties. Slightly disappointed there but guess you can't have them all.
