A rather discreet, make shift restaurant by the side of the road, this place is packed during lunch hour and parking can be a lottery game. So be there early to avoid any disappointment and frustration. Similar to any other Indian rice shop, there are few dishes available for your picking but the one thing that you must order is the mutton curry.

Lunch date's flood of curry has casualties in the form of fried fish fillet, fried squid and tucked underneath would be the bean sprout. This is one of the places where you can go crazy with the dishes as the prices are rather cheap as compared to others.

My lunch was on the safer side of fried chicken, same bean sprout and a hard boiled egg. At a glance, it is easy to mistaken it as a hard laborer's lunch by the construction side which isn't far from the truth. Difference is I build dreams, not houses.

The chicken was crispy and well marinated. The curry was good, not the creamy rich thick type. But then again, I am biased towards Indian curry.

Mutton curry is their signature dish here and not always available, if not sold out. Cooked long enough for the meat to be rendered soft, it is indeed lip smacking good. Not ultra spicy but has a good heat to it.

The damage isn't much but it may have turned out to be a case of them missing an item. Or two.
