Thankful 
- caught up with my project works.
- more clarity with my 6sigma project
- snicked out of work early.

Learnt
RACI chart. More often than not, the lines blur. To simplify the concept:

• Responsible - the minion/slave
• Accountable - the approver/master 
• Consulted - dungeon keeper 
• Informed - OK, I can't think of the analogy for this one. 

Sometimes, the I becomes C. Then the A becomes R because the R relegated itself to the I. And it all becomes a shitty chart. When times are good, everyone wants to become the A. When shit hits the fan, they all cower under I i.e. "I don't know why it failed. It ain't my problem".
