Review: Spotlight

Winner of best picture, I've not heard of the movie at all but with a stellar cast of Michael Keaton, Mark Ruffalo, Rachel McAdams and Stanley Tucci, how bad could it be? Well, it depends on what you have in mind for a good movie.

There is no climax or buildup towards the end but it is a gripping drama on how a newspaper broke the scandal that rocked the church. As a social commentory, it does relatively good. As a form of entertainment, just not my cup of tea.

No spoiler alert. Because it's not the end but the journey that matters.
