It's funny how it took a Singaporean and a Hong Kie Kong guy  to introduce us to this place. Actually, someone else local brought them here the week before. They liked the place so much that they decided to come back. For the third time.

Signature Mama Kim coffee RM 5.90
Not sure how it tasted but does look quite impressive. Is this called a deconstructed coffee?

I ordered their signature lemon grass drink for RM 4.90, forgetting that lemon grass drink is something that I didn't particularly like from many years ago, so long ago that it only dawned on me after the order's been punched in. Luckily, it turned out to be quite bearable. A mix of lemon grass and ginger, the latter is more prominent and it was great for my cough.

 Sauna mee rice RM 15.90
Their menu calls it their Sauna Mee but you can actually opt for brown rice. They have pumpkin or mushroom rice noodles too. The soup comes in either fish or vegetarian flavor. I started off with the vegetarian soup but ended up getting refilled with the fish soup 😔Big mistake as the fish soup was a bit too fishy tasting while the vegetarian soup was just right without being too rich or heavy in taste.

 The pot is preheated and brought to your table where they'll pour the soup in. Watch as it boils away before coming to a simmer. Think of it like a mini hotpot, similar to Two Pesos but healthier. You can taste the freshness in the ingredients too. For a vegetarian set (you can add on fish), it is quite costly though.
